We believe education is a lifelong pursuit that transforms families and communities. Our educational initiatives support learners at every stage of their academic journey. Ahether they are high school students preparing for college, adults pursuing higher degrees, or individuals enrolling in vocational and technical trade programs.

Every dollar invested in LULAC Council #3312 directly supports local initiatives in Kern County. We maintain rigorous financial oversight, including monthly profit-and-loss reporting and strict board voting protocols for all major expenditures.
